FINANCIAL AID DISBURSEMENT
· Fall Semester Financial Aid will apply to your student account beginning September 8th. If you have DIRECT DEPOSIT, excess financial aid funds should be in your bank account beginning THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 10TH. Please sign up for direct deposit if you haven’t done so already. Go to www.hibbing.edu and log into your e-services account. On the left- hand side click on “Financial Aid” and “Direct Deposit Setup.” If you do not complete the direct deposit setup, an overage check will be mailed to you.
· PAPER CHECKS will be mailed to the address on file beginning Friday, September 11th. Please make sure your permanent address is current. Go to www.hibbing.edu and log into your e-services account. On left side select “Account Management” “Address Information” & “Demographic Information.” No checks will be picked up in the bookstore for Fall Semester.
· If you are a first- time student receiving a loan, those loans will be deposited into your bank account after you have attended 30 days—no later than Monday, Sept 28th.
