The admission process at Hibbing Community College requires that the below items must be received to complete your records.
Application Fee- $20.00
Hibbing Community College requires a $20.00 non-refundable application fee with your application. If you have a financial hardship, you may complete the petition for application fee waiver. Contact admissions at 218-262-7207 to request this information.
High School Transcript
An official high school transcript request should be made directly to your high school (indicate former or maiden name and year of graduation or last attendance). If you are still in high school, a final, official transcript will need to be sent again after graduation. Faxed transcripts are not accepted.
Official GED Scores
We need the transcript of your scores, not the certificate.
College Transcripts
If you have attended a Minnesota State institution, an official transcript will be electronically obtained by HCC, provided you do not have any holds on your record at your current or previous institutions. Click here to see a list of Minnesota State institutions. If you have attended other colleges or technical institutes, please have official copies or your transcript submitted for evaluation of credits for transfer. A transfer credit evaluation form will be sent to you after all transcripts have been received and evaluated. Send your transcripts to:

Proof of Immunization
Minnesota State Law requires proof of immunization against measles, mumps, diphtheria, rubella, and tetanus (TD) for persons born after 1957. Please complete this form if you have not already done so.
