This course involves the study of other cultures, their technologies, economic systems, gender roles, marriage and kinship, social control, religious belief and ritual, and how cultures change. The course includes readings, videos, and lecture/discussion. This course meets MTC areas 2, 5 and 8. Prerequisite(s): Ability to read and write at a college level and to keep up with homework
